These Terms govern your use of OLI BENE (olibene.com), operated by Olha Kolodiazhna ("we", "us"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
OLI BENE provides general information, community features, language-learning tools, and organisational tools (such as a document tracker) for expatriates living in Slovakia. The site does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or medical services.
2. Subscription
- Subscription is €4.99/month, billed via Stripe.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
3. No legal or professional advice
Content on OLI BENE — including articles, guides, FAQ answers, checklists, and community discussions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute and must not be relied upon as:
- Legal advice or legal services
- Tax or financial advice
- Immigration or visa advice
- Medical or health advice
Laws, fees, and procedures change frequently. Always verify information with official sources or a licensed professional before taking action.
4. Community guidelines
Our WhatsApp group and other community spaces are peer-support forums. Members must not:
- Present opinions as professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Spam, harass, or post offensive content.
- Share other members' private information without consent.
We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.
5. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content. Use of the site is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLI BENE and Olha Kolodiazhna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
